Established in 1965, Velohm Resistors has been leading the way in wire-wound resistor manufacturing in India. Based in New Delhi, we bring together traditional craftsmanship and modern technology to create precision resistors that meet even the most demanding requirements.

In 2002, our founders travelled to Germany to understand the technical needs of the Indian market. They returned with advanced German wire-winding machines that transformed our production process. Soon after, we added cutting-edge machinery and testing equipment from Taiwan, strengthening our commitment to innovation and quality.

We’ve continued to grow since then, regularly upgrading our systems with the latest additions, most recently in 2025, to keep our manufacturing processes modern and efficient.

Every material we use is carefully sourced. Our resistor cores and ceramic housings come from factories that ensure high alumina content for superior durability and heat resistance, while our Ni/Cr and Ni/Cr alloy wires guarantee consistent performance and reliability.
